About the role
Cafe Bistro is looking for a talented cake baker to join its kitchen team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and at least one year of professional bakery experience.
Key responsibilities
- Bake and decorate a variety of cakes and pastries to high standards.
- Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance.
- Assist with bread‑making and other baked goods as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of bakery experience.
- Strong skills in cake decorating and presentation.
- Culinary diploma is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a love for baking.
