About the role
The Call Centre Nursing Executive will provide general customer service to medical business customers, handling emergency lines and ensuring 24‑hour coverage. This contract position supports insured members by processing approvals and communicating case management information.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to medical emergency calls, maintaining 24‑hour call centre coverage.
- Handle phone calls, visitors, and resolve customer communications through electronic and physical channels.
- Issue inpatient and outpatient approvals for admissible requests from insured members.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on case management and financial liability.
- Participate in cost‑management initiatives and strategies set by the business.
- Escalate customer queries to the appropriate role when necessary and maintain a professional office ambience.
Required profile
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine/Nursing (KRCHN).
- Minimum 3 years experience in a busy health environment, including at least 1 year in a medical call‑centre management unit.
