Capstone Project Mentor & Specialist Coach

About the role

Crimson Education is expanding its Crimson Rise program and is looking for passionate mentors and specialist coaches to guide high‑potential students through capstone projects or skill‑focused coaching sessions. The role can be performed remotely and is open to mentors based in the US Pacific time zone or India.

Key responsibilities

• Lead individual students through the full lifecycle of a field‑based capstone project, from idea generation to final deliverable.
• Deliver structured, recurring coaching sessions in specialist areas such as coding, entrepreneurship, research methods, public speaking, podcast development, and more.
• Provide feedback, track progress, and help students refine their work to meet program standards.
• Manage project timelines and ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Crimson Rise team to align mentorship activities with curriculum goals.

Required profile

• Minimum a completed undergraduate degree; a degree from a top‑30 U.S. university is a plus.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in the chosen field or specialist area.
• Demonstrated experience working with students or guiding others through structured processes.
• Strong enthusiasm for youth development and education.
• Fluency in English; local language fluency is a plus for regional mentors.
