Car Wash Attendant

About the role

Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating across East Africa. On behalf of its client, it is recruiting a competent, skilled and experienced Car Wash Attendant to work in Nairobi, Kenya. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Wash vehicles inside and out, including wheels, undercarriage, windows, dashboards and upholstery, and perform engine cleaning and detailing as directed.
• Prepare new vehicles for customer delivery and clean service and repair vehicles before handover, then check them against presentation standards.
• Report any scratches, dents or damage to the Supervisor immediately.
• Present vehicles to technicians professionally and handle customer vehicles with care.
• Maintain cleaning tools, equipment and supplies, follow safety guidelines for chemicals and observe health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Keep the car wash area clean, make sure effluent discharge chambers are maintained and collect waste in drums; follow up with Admin so the waste is disposed of on time.

Required profile

• KCSE certificate.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
