About the role
The Centre Manager will lead and manage the medical centre’s clinical and administrative functions, ensuring excellent patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily healthcare facility operations and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
- Manage budgets, resources, stock, and equipment, and monitor financial performance.
- Ensure patient satisfaction, service delivery quality, and compliance with licensing requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency and revenue.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years post‑internship experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in a busy healthcare facility.
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery (or related degree) and registration with the Clinical Officers Council or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
Required skills
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
