Change Manager

About the role

The Change Manager will lead end‑to‑end change management for the ARMS Program, a large‑scale enterprise transformation at ASIC. You will work closely with senior executives, program leaders and technology teams to ensure business readiness, adoption and benefits realisation across multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change strategy, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and communication plans for a system replacement and business transformation.
• Partner with project managers, SMEs and technology teams to embed change activities, manage risks and track benefits.
• Facilitate business readiness, training, adoption and transition to business‑as‑usual, including go‑live, cut‑over and hyper‑care planning.
• Support governance, reporting and continuous improvement of ASIC’s change management framework.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of organisational change management experience on complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Proven experience as a senior or lead Change Manager on at least one major enterprise programme.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior executives.

Required skills

• Prosci certification and practical use of the ADKAR model.

• Annual salary range $152,075 – $170,622 (AUD) plus 15.4% superannuation.
