Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will provide visionary and strategic leadership for Alpha Trident Ltd, a Sacco operating in the banking, finance and insurance sector. This senior role is responsible for steering the organization toward sustained growth and member satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary and strategic leadership of the Sacco.
• Set strategy and guide execution of plans aligned with the vision, mission and objectives.
• Spearhead new initiatives and business development across various segments.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, employees and regulatory bodies.
• Lead development of high‑quality products and value‑adding services to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand services and reach.
• Oversee sound and effective operations in line with strategic plans, regulations and policies.
• Develop and implement efficient policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships and internal/external relationships.
• Manage, develop and maintain high‑performance teams through transformative leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least seven years of experience as a CEO or senior manager, preferably within the co‑operative movement.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth and improving organisational performance.
• Strong knowledge of Sacco regulations and governance.
