Chief of Staff & Operations Manager

About the role

Pambo Holdings is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff & Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder in scaling multiple consumer businesses. This hybrid role blends strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership across a portfolio of early‑stage ventures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine operational systems across all portfolio companies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and monitor progress.
• Prepare leadership reports, business updates, and performance dashboards.
• Lead hiring initiatives: draft job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Drive special projects such as new product launches, technology roll‑outs, and business expansion efforts.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, holding projects accountable to deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional experience in operations, project management, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of organizational structure and best‑practice business operations.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple initiatives, and solve problems creatively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
