Chief of Staff & Strategy

About the role

The Chief of Staff & Strategy is a senior strategic partner to the President and executive team, driving enterprise‑wide transformation, organizational alignment and strategic execution across AGRA. This position acts as a force multiplier for leadership, ensuring priorities are executed effectively and cross‑functional initiatives advance seamlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the operations of the President’s Office and maintain close interface with the Executive Committee to surface and address key institutional issues.
• Lead corporate strategy and business‑planning cycles, defining institutional priorities, trade‑offs and aligned unit plans.
• Steward AGRA’s strategic architecture, governance and transformation programs through the Transformation Office.
• Design, implement and track high‑impact strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Provide executive decision support and develop strategic products for senior leadership.
• Enhance executive decision‑making by delivering clarity, structure and momentum across teams.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading large‑scale transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with CEOs or Presidents in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps.
