About the role
Living Goods is seeking a Chief Program Officer to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across its global program portfolio, ensuring high‑quality, evidence‑driven delivery at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Set global program strategy and priorities, shape geographic expansion and innovation pipelines.
- Provide shared frameworks, digital and data tools, and performance oversight to strengthen country‑level delivery.
- Generate decision‑grade evidence and insights, oversee analytics, monitoring and independent research.
- Enable disciplined, repeatable expansion through a clear country scoping and incubation model.
- Ensure programmatic integrity from proposal through delivery, oversee donor engagement and reporting.
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing global programs team and represent Living Goods externally.
Required profile
- Strategic program leader with experience driving multi‑country health delivery at scale.
- Fluent in working across program and technology functions.
