Clean Water Field Technician

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Clean Water Field Technician to join our night‑shift team covering High Wycombe and surrounding areas. You will work on a variety of water infrastructure projects, supporting asset verification, testing and optimisation activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support field operations including asset verification, DMA validation and operability testing.
- Conduct flow and pressure testing, trunk main isolations, and deploy loggers and probes.
- Set up safe work sites, carry out risk assessments and produce site reports using GIS plans and smart devices.
- Respond to urgent or reactive fieldwork on short notice and prepare vehicles, equipment and stock for upcoming jobs.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in the clean water industry.
- Full UK driving licence and proactive, safety‑conscious approach.
- Familiarity with valve operations and NRSWA Streetworks (signing, lighting & guarding).
- Comfortable using smart devices and basic IT systems.
