Client Success Manager

About the role

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and highly consultative Client Success Manager to own long‑term client success, drive measurable impact, expand solutions, increase product adoption and ensure strong client health across a portfolio of health‑plan and employer customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client value plans aligned to business goals, KPIs and ROI commitments.
• Drive product adoption, utilization and satisfaction across the full Transcarent/Accolade suite.
• Lead retention and expansion initiatives, managing renewals, upsells and multi‑solution deals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, using data‑driven insights to forecast issues and opportunities.
• Build multi‑threaded executive relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Provide cross‑functional leadership, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Clinical and Operations teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years in Account Executive, Client Success or Strategic Account roles, with 8‑12 years in health plans, PBMs or employer healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering client value, retention and revenue growth in large‑market environments.
• Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior and C‑suite stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced data fluency – ability to interpret financial, clinical and engagement data and create executive‑level narratives.
• Strong commercial acumen for leading renewal, upsell and expansion discussions.
• Consultative advisory mindset with ability to synthesize data, trends and client context into strategic recommendations.
