College Principal – Lead Multiple TVET Campuses

About the role

The client is a growing TVET institution with five campuses across Kenya, seeking an experienced College Principal to provide strategic, academic, operational and business leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic leadership and develop institutional policies and operational plans across all campuses.
• Ensure compliance with TVET regulatory, accreditation and quality standards, overseeing curriculum delivery, assessment and certification.
• Lead teaching, administrative and support teams, manage performance, recruitment, staff development and campus operations.
• Drive student recruitment, enrolment, retention and revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, manage financial controls and report to the Board on academic, operational and financial results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management or related field; Master’s degree advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years senior management experience in a TVET college or similar environment.
• Proven experience in TVET accreditation, compliance, institutional quality management and multi‑campus leadership.
• Demonstrated business development, student recruitment and revenue growth experience.
• Strong people‑management, performance‑management and communication skills.
