Commercial Account Manager (Remote, USA)

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join its Sales Team remotely in the United States. You will be responsible for growing mid‑market customers into long‑term, scalable partnerships, driving new ARR and expansion across your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and expand small deployments into broader platform usage.
• Lead demos, scoping sessions, and workshops for complex deals.
• Build trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders and proactively manage customer needs to prevent churn.
• Apply value‑selling techniques, challenge assumptions, and create urgency.
• Use partner networks to generate pipeline and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and SE teams.
• Represent TeamViewer at events and maintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio and competitive landscape.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting while regularly assessing account performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of B2B SaaS/tech sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
• Strong account management and solution‑selling abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• High drive, ownership mindset, and ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.
