Commercial Project Manager

About the role

The Commercial Project Manager will lead cross‑functional project delivery within Burn's newly formed PMO, ensuring projects are planned, budgeted, and executed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, integrate schedules, and maintain Gantt and milestone charts.
• Create and manage project budgets, obtain approvals, and track costs throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, produce monthly progress reports, and conduct regular status meetings.
• Coordinate with managers to allocate resources, resolve issues, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Track purchase requests with procurement and support teams in using Smartsheet for planning and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management support with a proven cross‑functional delivery record.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving, risk‑aware mindset and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Advanced Excel skills.
