Communications & Enablement Lead

About the role

The Communications & Enablement Lead will drive client‑experience communications and enablement across Standard Bank Group. You will craft clear, customer‑centric messaging that raises awareness, builds understanding, and encourages adoption of client‑experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver consistent, client‑focused communications that support service standards and change programmes.
• Partner with learning and change‑management teams to design and roll out employee‑engagement and capability‑building initiatives.
• Equip frontline staff with the tools, knowledge and messaging needed to deliver differentiated client experiences.
• Translate client insights, feedback and performance data into targeted communication and enablement actions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels to ensure alignment with the overall customer‑experience strategy.

Required profile

• First‑degree in Business, Commerce, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in client experience, communications, change management, employee engagement or internal communications.
• Proven ability to turn client insights and service data into effective communication and enablement programmes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Track record of planning and executing client‑experience initiatives, campaigns or service‑improvement projects.
