About the role
The Kenya Methodist University TVET Institute is seeking a full‑time Instructor in Community Health to deliver competence‑based training to students in Meru. The role involves planning, delivering and assessing practical and theoretical modules that equip learners with essential community health knowledge and skills. Candidates will work on‑site, collaborating with faculty and industry partners to ensure the curriculum meets national competency standards.
Required profile
- Diploma in Community Health or a related field, together with CBET/CBA and pedagogy training.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in instructional delivery.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to high ethical standards, integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to provide required documentation, including tax compliance certificates and letters of recommendation.
