About the role
The Public Service Commission, through the State Department for Housing and Urban Development, is offering a 12‑month Construction Management Internship under the Affordable Housing Programme. The role supports housing development projects across Kenya and provides hands‑on experience in construction management and project marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Complete duties mutually agreed upon and assigned by supervisors.
- Document relevant skills acquired in deployment areas and marketing of project sites.
- Participate actively in mentorship activities and undertake additional responsibilities designed for the programme.
Required profile
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field from a recognised university.
- Graduated no earlier than 2020.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Have not previously benefited from a similar internship programme.
What we offer
- 12‑month non‑renewable internship.
- Stipend paid at a rate determined by the Government.
- Certificate awarded upon successful completion of the programme.
