About the role
We are looking for a reliable Construction Manager to lead civil construction projects from planning through completion. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating all activities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule construction projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures and cost control.
- Organize resources, materials and personnel to support project execution.
- Implement project plans, oversee day‑to‑day construction activities and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction to keep projects on track.
Required profile
- Proven reliability and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
