Consultant – Design, Facilitation & Documentation for MWA Kenya Event

About the role

The Millennium Water Alliance (MWA) Kenya seeks an experienced consultant to design, facilitate, moderate, and document a half‑day member convening event. This short‑term assignment will support a high‑level dialogue among water, agriculture, climate‑resilience, and financing stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the event agenda, insight sessions, and interactive formats.
• Facilitate and moderate discussion panels, ensuring balanced participation.
• Coordinate logistics, stakeholder invitations, and on‑site arrangements.
• Capture real‑time notes, recordings, and key outcomes during the convening.
• Produce a comprehensive post‑event report, including recommendations and documentation of discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing and facilitating high‑level stakeholder events.
• Familiarity with water, agriculture, climate resilience, and development financing sectors.
• Strong ability to engage impact fund managers, private‑sector partners, and development organisations.
• Excellent written communication for clear documentation and reporting.
