Consultant for Final Evaluation of EU-Funded GBV Action

About the role

The International Solidarity Foundation (ISF) seeks an experienced consultant to lead the final evaluation of its EU‑funded action “Civil Society United Against GBV in Kisii and Nyamira Counties”. The evaluation will assess the impact of three projects implemented between 2023‑2026, focusing on gender‑based violence prevention, including FGM and IPV.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the evaluation methodology in line with EU and ISF guidelines.
• Collect, analyse and triangulate quantitative and qualitative data from project sites.
• Prepare a comprehensive final evaluation report with findings, lessons learned and recommendations.
• Present results to ISF, EU partners and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies or related field.
• Proven experience conducting evaluations of GBV or similar humanitarian programmes.
• Familiarity with Kenyan context, especially Kisii and Nyamira counties.
• Strong analytical and report‑writing abilities.
