About the role

Our client, a distinguished law firm in Nairobi, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing and Commercial Advocate to join their legal team. The successful candidate will handle property transactions and commercial legal matters for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage conveyancing matters, including title searches, drafting agreements, and overseeing property transfers.
• Provide commercial legal advice and represent clients in contractual negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as sale agreements, leases, and corporate contracts.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with Kenyan legal standards.
• Collaborate with senior partners and junior lawyers to deliver high‑quality legal services.

Required profile

• Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a current practicing certificate.
• Minimum of 5 years post‑admission experience in a busy law firm.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Nairobi.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently.

• Computer literacy.
