About the role

ForElite Training Institute is seeking a part‑time Corporate STEM Curriculum Trainer to join its Nairobi team. You will design, update, and deliver high‑impact STEM training programs for corporate clients, ensuring content aligns with industry trends and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with corporate stakeholders to identify training gaps.
• Develop structured curricula, lesson plans, case studies, and assessments for STEM topics.
• Facilitate interactive, in‑person training sessions for diverse professional audiences.
• Integrate practical exercises, data‑driven examples, and EdTech tools to enhance learning.
• Evaluate participant performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve course materials.
• Collaborate with ForElite’s internal team to ensure compliance with Kenyan regulatory standards and global quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in a STEM discipline such as engineering, data analytics, computer science, or applied mathematics.
• Proven experience in corporate training, adult learning, or professional development, preferably in technology‑focused environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical workplace skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
