Counter Sales Personnel

About the role

Join MegaPlay Arcade Limited as a Counter Sales Personnel, providing friendly service to visitors and driving sales at our arcade outlet. You will be the front‑line representative, helping customers find the right games and accessories while ensuring smooth transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, recommending suitable products and upselling where appropriate.
• Process sales accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and monitor stock levels.
• Receive, arrange, and replenish new inventory.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Promote current offers and prepare daily sales and cash reports.

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (advantageous).
• Retail or counter‑sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Honest, organized, dependable and able to meet sales targets.
