Country Manager - Kenya

About the role

Lead Top Universe NGO's expansion and operations in Kenya, driving the mission to democratize technology education. You will build local partnerships, oversee program delivery, and grow a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with organizations and institutions across Kenya.
• Oversee program delivery, ensuring quality and impact.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor local team members.
• Develop and execute a country‑specific growth strategy.
• Represent Top Universe at local events and within the community.
• Track and report on country‑level metrics and impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or business development.
• Deep understanding of Kenya's tech and education landscape.
• Proven track record of building and managing teams.
• Strong network in Kenya's tech ecosystem.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Education, or related field.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kenya.
