About the role
Cerba Lancet Kenya is looking for a Credit Controller to join its team in Nairobi, Mombasa Road. The role manages credit and collections processes, ensures compliance with credit policies and meets customer credit needs through effective credit management and financial analysis. It is an entry-level, full-time, on-site position in a healthcare and laboratory environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related business field.
- At least two years' experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in debt management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
- Credit management and financial analysis.
