Financial Analyst

About the role

FAPCL Group is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, planning and management decision-making. This is a full-time, middle-level position based in Nairobi, Kenya, with a deadline of 31 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding balances
• Assist with financial reconciliations and reporting
• Prepare financial reports, budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor budgets and identify financial variances
• Analyse revenue, expenditure and overall financial performance
• Prepare investment analyses
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements and support the audit process
• Support management in financial planning and decision-making

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or financial analysis
• CPA, ACCA or CFA qualification is an added advantage

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, financial reporting and financial statements
• Strong analytical, numerical and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
