CRM & Revenue Systems Administrator (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CRM and revenue systems administrator to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related SaaS tools.

Key responsibilities

• Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicate records and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts, determine appropriate business rules and document operational prompts for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms, assessing impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing and other tools.
• Document recommended system changes, operational decisions and provide insights on CRM optimization and sustainable governance.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation and permissions.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross‑system data reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
