Customer Care & Marketing Officer – Garage Reception

About the role

The garage is looking for a proactive Customer Care & Marketing Officer to manage the front‑office reception, handle client inquiries and promote its automotive services. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in building the garage’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, record vehicle concerns and open job cards.
• Answer phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and social‑media messages promptly.
• Provide regular updates on repair progress and follow up after service.
• Schedule service appointments and send reminders.
• Promote repairs, diagnostics, towing, sound systems, accessories and Mercedes‑center services.
• Manage social‑media pages, create promotional offers and loyalty programmes.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and daily service reports.
• Coordinate payments with the accounts department and maintain confidential records.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Customer Service, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 24 months of relevant experience in customer care, sales or marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
