Customer Experience Intern (Busia)

About the role

This internship supports the Customer Experience team at Oasis Healthcare Group Limited, focusing on delivering a positive patient experience in Busia. You will assist with patient engagement, feedback collection, and service recovery while learning the fundamentals of healthcare customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients and visitors, answering general service inquiries.
• Collect, document, and follow up on patient feedback, complaints, and compliments.
• Assist in monitoring customer experience standards and identifying service gaps.
• Support customer satisfaction surveys and other experience‑related initiatives.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records and help prepare experience reports.
• Contribute to the implementation of improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Customer Experience, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Graduated within the last two years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional, courteous, and confident when dealing with people.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
