Customer Service Representative (Email, Live Chat & Inbound Calls)

About the role

Vantage Association is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to provide high‑quality support via email, live chat and inbound calls. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring swift issue resolution and a positive experience that drives loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries across email, live chat and phone channels, maintaining professionalism and speed.
• Resolve issues such as refunds, reshipments, account updates and service requests, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Deliver empathetic, clear communication to build rapport and de‑escalate challenging situations.
• Meet productivity, quality, SLA and KPI targets consistently.
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems and keep records organized.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies and procedures, and participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus with excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple interactions simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely and adhering to scheduled shifts and attendance policies.
• Ability to handle high‑volume workloads while maintaining quality standards.
