Customer Service Representative

About the role

Brody Pennell Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a persuasive and expert communicator to join its Service Department in Los Angeles. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as the primary point of contact for customers, qualifying service needs and scheduling appointments for technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify incoming service requests and schedule appointments for service technicians.
• Maintain full and efficient service routes to maximize technician productivity.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide reasonable resolutions.
• Support the service team with inside‑sales activities and ongoing client communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a service industry such as HVAC, plumbing, or solar.
• Inside‑sales experience with a strong customer‑facing orientation.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
