About the role
The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at PCEA Tumutumu Hospital, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors and respond to inquiries.
- Provide information about hospital services and assist with appointments and patient registration.
- Direct clients to appropriate departments and coordinate with healthcare staff to resolve service issues.
- Ensure patients receive a positive service experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Customer Service, Front Office Operations, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and team‑working abilities.
- High ethical standards, confidentiality and a compassionate attitude.
