About the role
Do you have excellent written English and a passion for customer service? We’re looking for professionals to support customers in the home décor and retail industry. This role is primarily chat‑based, with occasional calls.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers primarily through chat, with email support and occasional calls.
- Answer questions about products, orders, deliveries, returns, and accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Process returns and replacements and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and use multiple computer systems.
- Availability to work on‑site, including weekends and holidays.
