Customer Service Representative – Sales & Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our operation as an Agent. The primary function is to handle incoming calls, address customer needs, and convert interactions into sales opportunities while following company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming customer calls across voice, chat, and back‑office channels.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide accurate solutions.
• Upsell, cross‑sell, and promote value‑added products and services during interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and convert calls into sales opportunities.
• Escalate anomalies when necessary and follow communication procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain PCI compliance and handle sensitive payment information securely.
• Work international hours with reliable transport and demonstrate a sense of urgency during crises.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience in an international contact‑center, hospitality, travel, leisure, or similar environment.
• Strong, neutral accent and excellent communication skills.
• High energy, engaging personality, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail, active‑listening, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to work across voice, chat, and back‑office channels.
