Customer Success Engineer (Finance and Accounts)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Engineer with deep knowledge of financial accounting and ERP implementation. The role focuses on delivering, configuring, and supporting ERP financial modules while bridging finance, technology, and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support financial modules within our ERP platforms.
• Work closely with customers to capture financial processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Configure, test, and deploy ERP financial solutions tailored to each client.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot finance‑related system issues, and assist with data validation.
• Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, system demonstrations, and create implementation documentation.
• Guide customers through adoption, ensuring they realize value from the ERP solution.
• Gather feedback and collaborate with internal technical teams to enhance system functionality.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles for both public and private sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
