Customer Support / Call Center Agent (US Market)

About the role

Sauti Contact Center is looking for motivated, professional agents with excellent English and a strong American accent to join its growing international team. The role involves making outbound calls to the United States, engaging prospects professionally, researching companies and scheduling meetings. Candidates should be confident on the phone, quick learners and able to work in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to the US market professionally and confidently, completing about 3-6 quality calls per hour
• Engage prospects and work toward successfully booking meetings
• Research companies and contacts before and after calls
• Learn technical concepts and processes quickly
• Update notes and activities accurately in the CRM system
• Give daily activity and progress updates to management
• Work closely with the team and stay accountable to targets and performance expectations

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, confident American accent
• Previous call center, sales, appointment setting or customer support experience is an added advantage
• Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or computer
• Ability to work US business hours when required
