Cyber Security Engineer Internship

About the role

The Technical Cybersecurity Intern will assist Zerofrax Solutions in deploying, configuring and managing cybersecurity solutions for client environments. The role offers hands‑on exposure to security assessments, vulnerability reviews, research on emerging threats and participation in presales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and provide technical support for cybersecurity products across customer sites.
• Assist in security assessments, vulnerability reviews, audits and compliance engagements.
• Research emerging cyber threats, security technologies and industry best practices.
• Support development, testing and enhancement of security services and product offerings.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept activities.
• Help prepare technical documentation, implementation reports and knowledge‑sharing materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under senior engineer guidance.
• Contribute to presales tasks such as solution presentations and technical proposals.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn industry‑leading tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior engineers and internal teams.
• Motivation to pursue relevant cybersecurity or vendor certifications during the internship.
