Key responsibilities

• Ground work in a deep understanding of client objectives and push strategic insights to expand creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams to ship successful digital products and data‑centric experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and mentor design or technical teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑disciplinary partners and senior leaders.
• Capacity to overcome roadblocks and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation abilities.
