Data Quality Expert

About the role

As a Data Quality Expert you will own the end‑to‑end data quality framework for TecAlliance’s global Data Factory. You will work closely with production teams across Europe and Asia to make data more reliable, transparent and usable at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and run a global data quality management system, covering measurement, monitoring, cleansing and automation.
• Define and maintain KPIs, tools and reporting for data quality across the enterprise.
• Guide the Data Quality team, set strategy, prioritize initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure transparency and consistency of enterprise data from source identification to error detection.
• Align and steer globally with production teams and Product Owners.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a comparable technical qualification.
• Proven experience in data quality management and strategy in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality frameworks such as ISO 9001 and PDCA, and of data profiling and data quality metrics.
• Experience as a subject‑matter expert in cross‑functional, international projects.
• Excellent analytical skills, clear communication and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (B2+); German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20% of the time).
