About the role
Durham International Schools Limited is seeking a Deputy Head Academic to support the leadership of its academic programme in Nairobi. The role involves working closely with the Head of School to drive high‑quality teaching and learning across the primary phase.
Required profile
- A good UK Honours Degree (or equivalent)
- A certified teaching qualification (NPQH or Masters in Education is desirable but not essential)
- Proven track record of successful school leadership at departmental level or equivalent
- Experience leading, developing and motivating diverse, high‑calibre teams
- Experience teaching children aged 5 to 11
