DevOps Engineer (3+ years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to lead engineering initiatives, drive process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency within a fast‑paced environment. The role collaborates closely with Industrial Engineering, Facilities, and Operations teams to deliver data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficiency‑focused solutions across warehouse and transportation operations.
• Conduct multi‑variable work measurements, establish labor standards, and apply Lean principles.
• Utilise distribution planning models to optimise space utilisation, staffing and overall operational planning.
• Create and maintain documentation using Excel, Access and Visio; analyse data with AutoCAD, Power BI and Tableau.
• Ensure effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) in daily operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of DevOps experience, including 2+ years with Azure Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Scripting and automation with Shell or PowerShell.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform.
• Version control (Git) and Agile development processes.
• Azure services: Azure SQL, AKS, Kubernetes, Docker, Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure VMs.
• Database administration: MS SQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB.
• Data visualisation and modelling: Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, MS Fabric.
• Networking fundamentals: subnets, firewalls.
