Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Traffic & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to boost website traffic and generate qualified leads for our real‑estate portfolio. You will design and execute both organic and paid campaigns, analyse performance data and work closely with the sales team to turn visitors into property enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to the property website.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page SEO optimisation, and plan blog/content to improve search rankings.
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok, monitoring budgets, CPC and ROI.
• Oversee social‑media channels, creating property‑focused content that drives users to the website.
• Track performance with Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; produce weekly and monthly traffic and lead reports.
• Run email‑marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and promote listings.
• Research local real‑estate competitors and identify new digital channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with lead‑generation goals.
• Optimise landing pages for better user experience and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on digital‑marketing experience; real‑estate experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to grow website traffic and generate qualified leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Self‑driven, able to manage projects independently.
