Marketing & Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, proactive and results‑driven Marketing & Business Development Officer to promote Go Cleaners Restorers, generate new business opportunities and strengthen our brand presence in the cleaning and facilities management sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and apply for relevant tenders and business opportunities, preparing and coordinating tender documents.
• Reach out to potential corporate and institutional clients and maintain a database of leads.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging digital content and design professional flyers, brochures and marketing booklets using Canva.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional materials and regular marketing reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, business development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in tender applications is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong computer skills.
