About the role

Adsum Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee its team of social media marketers, content creators, designers and media buyers. The role involves guiding the team to deliver high‑quality client campaigns and ensuring consistent results across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assign tasks and supervise daily activities of the digital marketing team.
• Review campaign work, monitor deadlines and guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain high‑quality service across all client accounts.
• Prepare reports, track team output and present updates to management or clients.
• Provide feedback, support productivity and resolve issues to keep the team aligned with company goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Team Lead, Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Strong people‑management, communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing a marketing team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related field is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and results‑driven attitude.
