Digital Media Buyer – Paid Social & Search

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Media Buyer to own day‑to‑day ad buying, campaign strategy, scheduling, and creative direction for three natural‑hair‑care brands. The role focuses on executing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube while collaborating with the founder on brand direction.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Maintain Google Merchant Center product feed health and run Google Shopping campaigns.
• Execute campaigns across awareness, traffic, conversion and retargeting objectives.
• Develop monthly and quarterly paid‑media strategies aligned with product launches and seasonal demand.
• Allocate budgets based on performance data and scale budgets incrementally.
• Maintain a rolling paid‑media calendar and coordinate timing with retail placements, email marketing (Klaviyo) and organic content.
• Provide creative direction for ad assets and identify high‑performing formats.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social and search campaigns for consumer brands.
• Ability to work independently, make data‑driven decisions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple calendars and launch schedules.
• Comfortable operating in an EST remote environment.
