Direct Entry B737 Experienced First Officer (Non-Type Rated)

About the role

Buzz, part of the Ryanair Group, is recruiting experienced First Officers for Boeing 737 aircraft (non‑type rated) to join its rapidly expanding operation across multiple European bases. Training starts this winter and the role offers a fast track to command within Europe’s largest airline group.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Boeing 737‑800 or 737‑8200 aircraft as a First Officer on commercial air transport flights.
• Perform all duties required of a First Officer in a multi‑crew, multi‑engine environment, including pre‑flight planning, checklists and communication with air traffic control.

Required profile

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Date of birth not over 65 years.
• EASA Part‑FCL licence holder with a valid Class 1 medical certificate.
• Minimum 700 total flight hours, including at least 500 hours as a First Officer on multi‑crew, multi‑engine commercial operations.
• CPL(A) with a valid multi‑engine instrument rating (MEIR) – MEIR must be current at assessment.
• Successful completion of ATPL theoretical knowledge examinations.
• English language proficiency at ICAO Operational Level (Level 4).
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check and meet all regulatory requirements.
