Direct Sales Agent - Narok

About the role

Career Directions Limited (CDL) is recruiting a Direct Sales Agent in Narok to market and sell telecommunications products and services to customers professionally. The role must follow finance control guidelines, processes and policies covering retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales for airtime, acquisitions and devices according to targets
• Monitor Telkom's inventory and consignment stock daily to keep accurate records of movements and physical stock
• Manage the daily cash float and account for daily sales
• Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies to increase sales
• Offer technical support to customers, especially on configuring data devices

Principal outputs

• Revenue: achieve set targets in airtime, routers and handsets
• Shop profitability (EBIDTA): follow retail SOPs on stock and cash management and operational costs
• Quality of acquisitions in terms of FRA and ARPU
• Telkom brand NPS: grow retail customer satisfaction, reduce ticketing escalations and resolve issues at first level
• New business development: find leads, close them, document, track and grow the individual customer database

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• At least 1 year of sales experience
