Direct Sales Representative

About the role

The Direct Sales Representative will act as the frontline for KCB Group, engaging prospective customers, guiding them through product applications, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role focuses on delivering quality service while meeting sales targets in the Westlands area.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing prospective customer leads from referrals, cross‑selling opportunities, bank‑organized activations, and provided leads.
• Explaining product features to customers and ensuring fair treatment.
• Assisting customers in completing application forms for selected products.
• Reviewing and verifying application documents for accuracy and authenticity.
• Forwarding completed applications to the Sales Manager or Retail Support Team within 24 hours of customer sign‑off.
• Prospecting additional bank products suitable to customer needs and maintaining safe custody of customer documents.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a diploma or university degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum mean grade of C‑ (minus) in K.C.S.E.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for quality service and ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
• Experience in sales or client relationship management is an added advantage.
