Director, Business Systems & Analytics

About the role

The Director of Business Systems & Analytics will lead the design, integration, and governance of SalesRabbit’s enterprise data and technology landscape. This senior position bridges financial planning, revenue operations, and business intelligence to create a scalable, automated reporting environment that fuels accurate forecasting and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as functional architect for the G&A and GTM tech stack, overseeing software migrations (including NetSuite), tool consolidations, and system integrations.
• Define and enforce company‑wide data standards and maintain a unified metric dictionary for ARR, Net Retention, CAC, and related KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Revenue Operations and Data Analytics (BI) teams.
• Transition the organization from manual financial modeling to automated rolling forecasts and predictive analytics.
• Align SalesOps workflows with financial reporting to ensure CRM data supports high‑fidelity forecasting.
• Maintain system health, resolve data discrepancies, and continuously improve operational workflows.

Required profile

• Strong systems focus with a track record of designing and maintaining data‑centric architectures.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical and financial information to executive leadership and the board.
• High accountability and autonomy in owning infrastructure that supports rapid growth.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with experience auditing and refining legacy data structures.
• Deep operational insight into how front‑end sales processes impact P&L outcomes.
